Lapland Dreaming

Set in the stunning and vast Finnish Lapland, the documentary follows the journey of five people making life changes. They uproot their lives and move up North.

Minna is finally making her dream come true by leaving city life in Helsinki to live in a tiny sauna cottage with her wife Pernilla and their baby.

Annamari is returning from Australia to her childhood home town to be closer to her ill mother. Her partner Grit is leaving his career and friends in Sydney behind.

Petro is fed up with busy life in Helsinki and is moving to the Northernmost Ski Resort in Europe to hopefully find a permanent job and home there.

In the end, tough decisions need to be made whether to stay or leave.

They all are moving to Lapland to search for happiness in a unique environment but along the way they discover what the most important things in life truly are.
